I met Pavel, who proved to be attentive, dedicated, caring, and very understanding throughout this [search for birth family] process. Pavel is efficient and keeps us updated at every step. His expertise in both French and Russian administration was immensely helpful. Thanks to him, I was able to reconnect with my biological family and now stay in regular contact with them. “The search was conducted very quickly (in less than a week), because we could get all the birth dates and places of residence of our son’s siblings at the time of his adoption. They had already done some searches and set up accounts on social networks. Our son has been able to connect with them online and continues to communicate with them. The association also provided us with information about traveling to Russia and obtaining a Russian passport for our son. Pavel was exceptionally responsive, informative, well-rounded, and professional throughout the process.”
