Passionate about travel, the post-Soviet space, and photography, he now holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris) and a master’s degree in tourism (specializing in the Russian world) from the University of Angers (Maine-et-Loire).

He has done a lot of translation work. He visits Russia regularly and has a good understanding of what is happening there, as well as the country’s history and culture.

Svetlana Malysheva

Piano and Russian teacher in Madrid (Spain)

She is 62 years old and has been living in Spain for 20 years. She speaks Spanish fluently and correctly. For over 17 years, she has been teaching piano at a school affiliated with the conservatory in Madrid. She has a similar amount of teaching experience in Russia. She has given piano lessons in Russian and also taught the Russian language (writing, grammar rules, reading aloud, learning songs and poems) to children from former Soviet Union countries. She does not conduct group lessons and does not work with young children. She received her musical education in Siberia, at the Higher School of Music of Barnaul. She lives in Spain legally and works under a permanent contract.
